What does Kiltybane Logistics do?
We are a UK-based logistics and transportation company offering reliable vehicle delivery, freight movement, and heavy machinery transport. In addition to our haulage operations, we also have a dedicated section for selling repossessed vehicles purchased in bulk from UK auctions, banks, and financial institutions.
No, we are not a dealership. We are a transport and logistics company that occasionally sells repossessed vehicles we acquire through our network of auctions and financial partners. Because we already manage logistics and deliveries nationwide, we are able to offer these vehicles directly to the public at trade-level prices, without the overheads or markups of a retail dealer.
We are headquartered in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Our team coordinates nationwide deliveries throughout the UK
Visits are by appointment only, as most vehicles are stored at secure unit in Belfast. We can arrange a call consultations for clients who wish to view a specific vehicle or discuss transport services.

What type of fleet do you operate?
Our fleet includes multi-car transporters, recovery trucks, flatbeds, and low-loaders capable of moving cars, vans, and heavy equipment. Each lorry is regularly maintained and GPS-tracked to ensure safe and timely deliveries across the UK and Europe.

Where do your vehicles come from?
Our vehicles are sourced from UK wide auctions, banks, and repossession agencies. We carefully inspect and verify every vehicle before listing it for sale.
Because we purchase vehicles in bulk lots of 20 30 units, directly from lenders and auction networks. As a logistics company, we also eliminate intermediary costs, allowing us to offer wholesale pricing with only minimal administrative fees added.
Yes. All vehicles undergo mechanical inspection and valeting before dispatch to ensure they are in safe, driveable condition unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Yes. Every vehicle includes its V5C logbook, MOT certificate (if applicable), and service history where available.
Unfortunately, we do not accept part exchanges, as our vehicles are priced for quick sale and sourced directly through repossession and auction channels.

Yes. You may reserve a vehicle with a £1,000 holding deposit for up to 48 hours while final preparations, inspection, and loading are completed.

Of course. We provide detailed photos and the V5C document ( if requested ) before any payment is made, ensuring transparency and trust throughout the process.

How do I make payment?
All payments are made securely via bank transfer to our segregated business account. This ensures that your funds are handled safely and remain separate from company operating accounts until dispatch.
Due to the transaction limits and fraud-prevention regulations surrounding large-value transfers, we only accept verified bank payments. This method is also covered under the UK’s Authorised Push Payment Reimbursement Scheme.
Yes. As of 7 October 2024, UK banks offer buyer protection up to £85,000 for customers affected by authorised push payment scams. Combined with our segregated business account, this provides an additional layer of protection and transparency for all clients.
Yes. A £1,000 deposit secures your vehicle. The balance must be paid within 48 hours after our final inspection and before the vehicle is loaded for dispatch.
Yes. Payments from corporate, trading, or finance company accounts are fully accepted. For compliance reasons, the name on the payment must match the buyer details shown on the invoice.

If you cancel before the vehicle is prepared or loaded, your deposit is refundable. Once the vehicle has entered transport preparation, the deposit may be partially withheld to cover logistics fees.

Do you deliver vehicles?
Yes. We offer nationwide delivery throughout the UK and Ireland via our own transport fleet.
Delivery typically takes 5 10 working days, depending on location and vehicle availability. You’ll receive continuous updates as the vehicle passes each stage — from inspection to loading and delivery confirmation.
Yes. Collection can be arranged by confirmed appointment only, coordinated directly with one of our team members. This ensures the vehicle is fully prepared, paperwork completed, and access authorised at the storage or dispatch compound prior to your arrival.
Vehicles are delivered using multi-car carriers or single flatbed recovery trucks, depending on distance, load size, and route.
Yes. Kiltybane Logistics handles international deliveries to Spain, France, Portugal, and other EU destinations, including containerised shipments from major UK ports. We assist with export paperwork, port clearance, and customs arrangements.
While delays are uncommon, unforeseen issues like weather, ferry cancellations, or route restrictions can occur. Our logistics team will keep you informed with live updates and an adjusted delivery window.
Yes. We provide real-time transport updates so you know when your vehicle is collected, in transit, and due to arrive.

Can I inspect the vehicle before delivery?

All vehicles are inspected by our logistics and preparation teams prior to dispatch. Buyers also enjoy a 14-day inspection/money-back guarantee upon delivery.

It’s a safeguard that gives you 14 days after delivery to inspect your vehicle and ensure it fully matches its advertised description. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return the vehicle within this period for a full refund — no questions asked.

Yes, every vehicle comes with a 3-month warranty covering the engine and gearbox for peace of mind.

Should you notice any problem not stated in the listing, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Our team will assist immediately and resolve the issue under our inspection or warranty policy.

Yes. Every vehicle is HPI and finance checked to confirm it is free from outstanding finance, insurance write-offs, or mileage discrepancies.
